Who this is for
Founders who just closed a round — and need to protect it.
You don't wake up thinking "I need a marketing assessment." You wake up thinking: are we going to hit the growth targets we just promised? Is our GTM scalable? Should I hire a VP of Marketing? Where should I invest first? What's most likely to slow us down? This assessment answers those questions.
The Framework
The 10 Pillars of Post-Funding Growth.
Each pillar feeds the next. A gap in one is rarely just that pillar's problem — it becomes a drag on the whole growth engine. This assessment maps how yours currently connects.
Growth Strategy & Objectives
Are you growing toward a plan — or a hope?
Customer & Market
Do you know your buyer better than your competitors do?
Demand Generation
Is pipeline predictable — or wishful thinking?
Sales & Marketing Alignment
Do sales and marketing operate as one revenue team?
Product Marketing
Can your team sell what you actually built?
Marketing Operations & Data
Can you see what's working in under a day?
Team & Resources
Do you have the right people — and the right seats?
Executive Visibility
Can leadership answer the growth questions the board will ask?
AI Readiness
Is AI compounding your team — or bypassing them?
Scaling Readiness
If demand doubled tomorrow, what breaks first?
The Scoring
You won't get "83 out of 100." You'll get a maturity level.
A number tells you nothing about what to do next. Maturity levels do. Each pillar lands in one of four bands so you can see, at a glance, what's founder-driven versus what's executive-ready.
01
Emerging
Reactive · Founder-driven
Little documentation. Growth depends on the founder's calendar.
02
Building
Repeatable · Growing
Systems are forming, some reporting exists, but coverage is uneven.
03
Scaling
Predictable · Data-driven
Cross-functional playbooks, trusted metrics, repeatable execution.
04
Optimized
Executive-ready
Repeatable GTM, executive visibility, ready for aggressive growth.

FAQs
Questions founders ask before they start.
- Who is this assessment actually for?
- B2B founders and CEOs who've closed a seed, Series A, or Series B round in the last 18 months and are now expected to show predictable, scalable growth. It's built for the person accountable for the number — not the marketing team member running campaigns.
- How long does it take?
- About ten minutes. Sixty questions across ten pillars, with a 0–4 Likert scale. Most founders finish in one sitting between meetings.
- Is it really free?
- Yes. No credit card, no paywall, no unlock fee for the report. The optional 30-minute review at the end is also complimentary.
- What happens with my answers?
- They're stored privately against a share token only you and anyone you send the link to can see. We never sell your data and never share your answers with third parties. You'll get a founder-facing report by email; Staci also gets a brief internal notification so she can prepare if you book the review.
- How is this different from a generic marketing audit?
- A marketing audit tells you what's wrong with your marketing. This tells you which pillar of your growth engine is most likely to break under the pressure of a fresh round — and what to fix first. It's diagnostic, not descriptive.
- Do I have to talk to anyone after?
- No. The report stands on its own. If you want a second set of eyes, the 30-minute review is one click away — but nothing is gated behind a call.
- Can I retake it later?
- Yes. Most founders re-run the assessment at 90-day intervals to track how their maturity level shifts as they invest in specific pillars.
Ready for a straight answer?
Ten minutes. Ten pillars. A briefing you can hand to your co-founder or board — and a real answer on what to fix first.
