01 — Summary

Built the marketing foundation for a workforce-management technology company preparing to expand its core platform and launch a new product. The engagement included CRM and lifecycle redesign, lead scoring, messaging, content, partner marketing, demand generation, and performance reporting. We audited more than 10,500 contacts, identified more than 180 CRM properties requiring cleanup, evaluated over 20 workflows, and developed organic LinkedIn content generating engagement rates above 14% on several higher-reach posts.

02 — Challenge

Timerack had product-market fit in staffing, but marketing was tactical without the infrastructure needed to support expansion. HubSpot was underused, the contact database needed governance, lifecycle stages and lead scoring were not defined, and there was no clear framework connecting marketing activity to revenue, ARR, lead generation, pipeline conversion, customer adoption, and campaign reporting.

03 — What I Did

  1. 01

Audited and optimized HubSpot: CRM cleanup, lifecycle-stage development, lead scoring, contact database governance, and sales pipeline cleanup.

  2. 02

Evaluated 20+ workflows for repair, consolidation, or expansion and built workflow automation and CRM attribution.

  3. 03

Developed buyer personas, messaging, and a content and editorial plan spanning email, newsletters, organic social, SEO, and website restructuring.

  4. 04

Launched partner marketing and webinar development programs to expand market reach.

  5. 05

Provided daily go-to-market support and established a full-funnel HubSpot campaign and attribution framework.

  6. 06

Connected marketing activity to revenue, ARR, lead generation, pipeline conversion, customer adoption, and campaign reporting — not just activity metrics.

In their words

Staci became an extension of our leadership team from day one. She didn't just execute marketing activities—she helped us build the strategic foundation necessary to scale. She led the development of our messaging, transformed our HubSpot environment, improved our marketing operations, and brought structure and accountability to our go-to-market efforts. Her ability to quickly understand our business, the staffing industry, and our growth objectives allowed her to deliver value almost immediately. What impressed me most was her ability to connect strategy with execution. Whether it was positioning our products, supporting partner initiatives, developing content, or preparing for industry events, Staci consistently delivered high-quality work that moved the business forward. If you're looking for a marketing leader who can combine executive-level strategy with hands-on execution, I would highly recommend Staci.
